deberias crear dilogos en cuadros, por ejuemplo..
crear un cuadro grande arriba donde coloques el texto y alado la imagen de quien esta hablanbdo.. colocas un buncle.... yo te podria ayudar en eso...
es mas te pasare algun dia de estos un documento con el reucadro donde lo podras copiar mejor... jejeje

P.D: aumenta tus fotogramas/segundo. a 30 o 20 quiza...
